Scheduling is by appointment only, usually Monday through Thursday. Normal office hours are between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
New Patients:

Please visit the Downloads page and download/fill out any applicable forms. Bring these forms with you to your first appointment. If you have problems printing or saving them, please call Dr. Hsu to let him know and other arrangements will be made for you regarding intake information.
